How It Works...

Step 1:  We will assist you in loading your residents into the database.  This is a one time process in which you’ll have access to this data to make changes, delete or add new residents.   Optionally, add a headshot photo for the picture album.  This can be done at any time.

Step 2:  Confirm with your residents that email addresses and phone numbers are working. (Send them a “Welcome” message!)

Step 3:  Select “Create Message” or “Create Email” from the menu options.

Step 4:  Key in your message or select an optional message, select the group you want to send it to (“All” Opt-In is default).   If desired, add an attachment for an Email. Press Send!

After Steps 1 and 2 are completed, Steps 3 and 4 are all that’s needed for subsequent messages!

Most communities pass out a paper phonebook.

With our system your residents can get on-line access to a listing of all residents with their addresses, phone numbers, and email addresses. This report can also have head-shot pictures of your residents. The capability of the paperless phonebook gives everyone real-time data whereas printed phonebooks can be out-of-date immediately after printed!

Using a phone, the phone number displayed in the phonebook can be touched and immediately place a call!
